Samir Shabazz, Hate, Homophobia, Violence, Why Is He Free?

Can you even imagine a white person saying things like this?

Hey folks,

WHY is this man free and walking around? I know I am going to upset some of you. I understand that this man is free and walking around because of the First Amendment. Free Speech. I get that. Anyone that knows me, knows, that I am all about the First Amendment. You know, just like Race Relations in this country, I do not just talk the talk, I walk the walk. Some of you know that I have gone to war over the First Amendment. I stood up for someone I really did not even care for. So I get it.

This moron is free and walking around for the same reason that the KKK is free and walking around. But imagine someone saying something like this. "We don't need any f-gs or lesbians in our army. It's a man's army." Or something like this. "Black people should be thankful we have not returned to hanging  n---ers by nooses again. Yet." Or "We are building an army, and I want all white people to be part of that army. I want all white people to be revolutionary. Everyone on your block ready to bang on these n---ers." What do you think would be the reaction?

Yet, this moron is out there saying things exactly like this. Now we have been talking about true equality in this country. We have talked about the Black Panthers. We've talked about this moron before. His name is Samir Shabazz. We have talked about the race baiters. We will NEVER get there if we allow people like the race baiters to stir things up. We have been talking about the Trayvon Effect. We have talked about government sponsored racism and discrimination. We have talked about the double standards. We have talked about the reporting of incidents. Trayvon Martin is a perfect example. He is not even white. Yet, reported white guy shoots black kid. Now we are learning the truth, AFTER, a wave of race based violence is breaking out all over the place.

I believe in true equality. I dream of true equality. I believe in MLK when he said we need to see everyone equally. That people  " not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." We have come a long way in this country. We really have. But then, we DO still have the KKK. We have Government sponsored and legally commanded racism and discrimination. We have morons that get rich off race baiting. We have guys like this...
  • “I love black people, and I hate the g*ddamn white man, woman, and child, grandma, aunt, uncle, Pappa Billy Bob, and whoever else. Redneck Tom and Blueneck Robert, and whoever else you wanna name. I hate the white man. I hate the very look of white people. I hate the sound of white people. G*ddamnit, I hate thesmell of white people. I hate the oppression of white people, I hate the murder and the rape and the torture and the taking away of our names, our culture, our God, our music and damn, I hate this cracker for everything he has done to us.”
  • “You should be thankful we’re not running around here hanging crackers by nooses and all that kind of stuff, yet, yet, yet.”
  • “Some of us, some of y’all – are even scared to have a wet dream about killing the g*ddamn cracker.”
  • “We’re raising men and women in this army, we don’t have time for punks. We don’t allow fa*gots and lesbians in this army– sorry, wrong army. This is for blackliberation, not rainbow liberation.”
  • “Just imagine everybody listening right now, you walk outside on your block in your hood, and everybody on your block is now revolutionary. Everybody on your block is ready to bang on this cracker. Can you imagine what kind of community that would be? … That is the kind of community our ancestors would be proud of.”
  • “And we‘ll really show this cracker a project that’s behind never wish he would have started. Turn them projects out, because a black power project and no crackers allowed up in here. So much to the point that then their developer will be scared to come in here; we’re taking it. Just like we took our land for our garden, G*damnit, the projects is next. We’re taking it back, block by block, house by house, street by street, hood by hood, town by town, city by city, state by state.”
  • “You can fight this white man– and I’m not telling you to go out there and attack nobody– but in self-defense it’s okay to fight back.  We’re taught to send this cracker to the cemetery; when he put his hand on us, we send him to the cemetery in self defense.  Again, I’m not telling you to attack anyone, but if they put their hands on you and if you are a [unintelligble], and in the name of your creator, and the name of our ancestors, we’re to kiss them goodbye, kiss ‘em goodbye, kiss ‘em goodbye.”
Yeah. He's not telling you to attack anyone. Really? Oh self defense? Folks. He IS spreading hate. He is inciting violence. He IS a racist. He IS one of the main problems in this country. Him and people like him. Whenever I hear something like this, I really contemplate if it would be better to actually round all these morons up, and either deport them to wherever, or lock them away from a free society. I'm really not kidding. Him, the race baiters, the KKK, La Raza, CAIR, all of them. All the haters. All those that would call for violence. Anyone that does not want TRUE equality. Get out.

Like I said, we have a long way to go, but we have come so far. We have a long way to go because we have some fighting against the very cause. Those that do not want TRUE equality are those that want them over everyone else, or those that make a living in division. The get rich while fighting "injustice." Real or imagined. Or, in some cases, created. True equality means treating everyone and every situation equally. The good. The Bad. And yes, even the ugly. And it really is, just that simple.

Media IS Accountable for Inciting Hate and Violence

"What do you mean when you say 'We need true leaders, and a willing media, to stand up and do the right thing.'? The media did their job in the zimmerman case. They reported the facts. Perhaps you do not like that?"

Hey folks,

Happy FRIDAY!!! Sorry about my absence yesterday, it was unavoidable. But it's Friday, time to check the Emails. You too can be part of the OPNTalk2 Blog. Any articles, comments, questions, or if you just want to say hi, the Email is, opntalk@gmail.com.

So CJ seems to be upset that I am holding some in the media accountable for the increase in racial violence that is taking place all across the country. That I am calling them out on inciting hate and violence. I AM. What do I mean when I said "It's time that average everyday folks, stand up, and say enough. It's time that true community leaders stand up and speak on this. It's time we stop just blowing all this off. You want a full blown race war in the streets? That's where we are heading. We already have blood in the streets. We need true leaders, and a willing media, to stand up and do the right thing. Denounce the violence. They can start, by actually reporting on incidents like this, and call for justice."

It's simple CJ. Whenever an incident like the Trayvon Case happens, the media has a choice. Whenever things like the Duke Lacrosse case happen, the media has a choice. They can report FACTS, or they can make the news. This is just the latest example. Lets look at the Zimmerman case.

A HISPANIC male, on neighborhood watch, shoots and kills a Black, 17 year old, of whom he claims attacks him. We get? WHITE 'hispanic' male kills BLACK kid. We get pictures of a 13 year old, clean cut, happy looking, poor Black kid. We get EDITED video and EDITED 911 recordings reported.

NBC knowingly airs these edited recording. These edited recordings show no injuries on Zimmerman. The 911 call is made to sound as if Zimmerman uses a racial slur. Now we learn complete conversations were edited. Cute the race baiters. The media reports on them. Now we have the Trayvon Effect all across this country. People being attacked solely based on the color of their skin as some sort of "retribution" for the injustice that was done to Trayvon.

Wait, I just got this. Hold on. Yup. Here it is.

The Blaze - Third Employee Fired After Another Edited George Zimmerman 911 Tape Surfaces

And then there were three.
A third NBC employee has been fired from the network after yet another misleadingly edited George Zimmerman 911 tape surfaced from the Trayvon Martin shooting.
Lilia Luciano, a Miami-based correspondent, “is no longer working for the network,” TVNewser reports. Her firing follows the axing of an NBC producer who edited the original 911 call that caused so much controversy as well as a local NBC reporter, Jeff Burnside, who was found to have used a similarly-edited recording.
TVNewser explains what happened with the latest incident:
In a story for the “Today” show on March 20, Luciano used part of the George Zimmerman 911 call in which an entire phrase (italicized below) was taken from a later part of the conversation:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good or on drugs or something. He’s got his hand in his waistband. And he’s a black male.Dispatcher: Are you following him?
Zimmerman: Yeah.
Dispatcher: Okay, we don’t need you to do that.

But here’s how the call really went:
Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.
Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he white, black, or Hispanic?
Zimmerman: He looks black.
NBC confirmed to Newser that Luciano is no longer with the network after having joined them a short 18 months ago from Univision. Her firing came after an internal investigation into the incident.
Now do not get me wrong here CJ. There was most definitely a cover up here. But it had more to do with political and personal ties between Zimmerman, his Father, and local Police Department. It had nothing to do with race. ZERO! This was NOT a Black White thing until the media and the race baiters made it a Black White thing. And it really IS, just that simple.

The Trayvon Effect Continues

"I don't," wrote another, indicating laughter. "(do it for trayvon martin)"

 Hey folks,

Not much to add to this one. Here it is..
The Virginian-Pilot ©
Wave after wave of young men surged forward to take turns punching and kicking their victim.
The victim's friend, a young woman, tried to pull him back into his car. Attackers came after her, pulling her hair, punching her head and causing a bloody scratch to the surface of her eye. She called 911. A recording told her all lines were busy.
She called again. Busy. On her third try, she got through and, hysterical, could scream only their location.
Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton.
It happened four blocks from where they work, here at The Virginian-Pilot.Two weeks have passed since reporters Dave Forster and Marjon Rostami - friends to me and many others at the newspaper - were attacked on a Saturday night as they drove home from a show at the Attucks Theatre. They had stopped at a red light, in a crowd of at least 100 young people walking on the sidewalk. Rostami locked her car door. Someone threw a rock at her window. Forster got out to confront the rock-thrower, and that's when the beating began.
Neither suffered grave injuries, but both were out of work for a week. Forster's torso ached from blows to his ribs, and he retained a thumb-sized bump on his head. Rostami fears to be alone in her home. Forster wishes he'd stayed in the car.
Many stories that begin this way end much worse. Another colleague recently wrote about the final defendant to be sentenced in the beating death of 19-year-old James Robertson in East Ocean View five years ago. In that case, a swarm of gang members attacked Robertson and two friends. Robertson's friends got away and called for help; police arrived to find Robertson's stripped, swollen corpse.
Forster and Rostami's story has not, until today, appeared in this paper. The responding officer coded the incident as a simple assault, despite their assertions that at least 30 people had participated in the attack. A reporter making routine checks of police reports would see "simple assault" and, if the names were unfamiliar, would be unlikely to write about it. In this case, editors hesitated to assign a story about their own employees. Would it seem like the paper treated its employees differently from other crime victims?More questions loomed.
Forster and Rostami wondered if the officer who answered their call treated all crime victims the same way. When Rostami, who admits she was hysterical, tried to describe what had happened, she says the officer told her to shut up and get in the car. Both said the officer did not record any names of witnesses who stopped to help. Rostami said the officer told them the attackers were "probably juveniles anyway. What are we going to do? Find their parents and tell them?"
The officer pointed to public housing in the area and said large groups of teenagers look for trouble on the weekends. "It's what they do," he told Forster.Could that be true? Could violent mobs of teens be so commonplace in Norfolk that police and victims have no recourse?
Police spokesman Chris Amos said officers often respond to reports of crowds fighting; sirens are usually enough to disperse the group. On that night, he said, a report of gunfire in a nearby neighborhood prompted the officer to decide getting Forster and Rostami off the street quickly made more sense than remaining at the intersection. The officer gave them his card and told them to call later to file a report.
The next day, Forster searched Twitter for mention of the attack. One post chilled him.
"I feel for the white man who got beat up at the light," wrote one person.
"I don't," wrote another, indicating laughter. "(do it for trayvon martin)"
Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teen, died after being shot by a community watch captain with white and Hispanic parents, George Zimmerman, in Florida.Forster and Rostami, both white, suffered a beating at the hands of a crowd of black teenagers.
Was either case racially motivated? Were Forster and Rostami beaten in some kind of warped, vigilante retribution for a killing 750 miles away, a person none of them knew? Was it just bombast? Is a beating funny, ever?
Here's why their story is in the paper today. We cannot allow such callousness to continue unremarked, from the irrational, senseless teenagers who attacked two people just trying to go home, from the police officer whose conduct may have been typical but certainly seems cold, from the tweeting nitwits who think beating a man in Norfolk will change the death of Trayvon Martin.
How can we change it if we don't know about it? How can we make it better if we look away?
Are we really no better than this?Michelle Washington is a columnist for The Virginian-Pilot. Email: michelle.washington@pilotonline.com
Once again folks, we need to come together as one and stop the violence. These ignorant people out there, are actually attacking people based solely on the color of their skin, and they feel justified for doing so because people like Al and Jesse told them it's fair. They told them it's a way to get justice. That White people do not get punished when they attack Blacks. So this is only fair in their eyes.

Problem is, using Trayvon to attack White people is just plain ignorant. Trayvon's shooter was not even White. Morons. Most of them out there doing this most likely do not even know this. OK I have something to add to this. What if? What if Dave Forster was armed? What if Dave Forster shot one or two of his attackers? Would Al and Jesse, and the circus that is the mainstream media go here? Would they care then? I bet they would. What if the White guy that was put in intensive care after being beaten on his front porch was armed and shot one or two of his attackers? Would Al and Jesse have gone to Alabama?

There are calls out there for White people to arm themselves because of this very thing. On the surface, sounds like sound advice. It's time people like Al and Jesse, stand up and denounce all this violence. It's time someone stands up and calls them out for inciting all this violence. If not, it has more than the potential to continue and even intensify.

Folks, it's simple. It's time that average everyday folks, stand up, and say enough. It's time that true community leaders stand up and speak on this. It's time we stop just blowing all this off. You want a full blown race war in the streets? That's where we are heading. We already have blood in the streets. We need true leaders, and a willing media, to stand up and do the right thing. Denounce the violence. They can start, by actually reporting on incidents like this, and call for justice. What do you say Al? How about it Jesse? Are you true leaders? Or are you simple race baiters? Do you truly care about equality? Or are you just looking for your next paycheck and fifteen minutes?
