Obama De-Facto Amnesty

It is election time. Obama needs all the votes he can get.

Hey folks,

This is truly no surprise. To tell you the truth, I have been expecting this. It is really pretty simple to understand. Obama is losing support in every demographic there is. He is losing support in the Gay community, because he has not really done much more than lip service. He is losing support with the Unions, because he refused to stand behind them in Wisconsin. He is losing support with faith based organizations because of his attack on religion. Not to mention his lip service toward the Gay Community. Saying he thinks Gays should be allowed to marry. Then he is even now losing support in some of the Black community, again, for the Gay thing.

It is getting really bad for Obama and crew. Nothing is working. The claims of the Republican's war on women backfired. The attacks on Mitt and his dog backfired. His mindless and completely incorrect atrack on Bain Capital is not working either.

So what to do, what to do? I know. The Hispanic Vote. They haven't pissed them off too much yet. They haven't really done anything for them lately, so uh, yeah. Amnesty. Plain, simple. Amnesty. On Friday, June 15th,

Janet Napolitano, secretary of Homeland Security, announced immunity from deportation for illegal immigrants who were brought to the United States before they turned 16 and who are younger than 30 – among other criteria. They can apply for a two-year work permit that can be renewed indefinitely.

Yup. Amnesty. Period. End of story. This is not even legal. But we are talking about Obama and crew.

The decision is not just a breach of faith with the American people. It blatantly ignores the rule of law that is the foundation of our democracy. 

U.S. Representative Congressman of Texas,  Lamar Smith, is a hundred percent right here.

The administration’s amnesty policy, expanded once again, not only violates the rule of law, it only benefits illegal immigrants, not Americans, and is a magnet for fraud. Many illegal immigrants will falsely claim they came here as children or are under the age of 30 and the federal government has no way to check whether their claims are true.

And once these illegal immigrants are granted deferred action, they can then apply for a work permit, which the administration routinely grants 90 percent of the time. This could put even more US citizens on the unemployment rolls.

Ignoring Congress and the Constitution may be politically convenient for President Obama, but this huge policy shift has horrible consequences for unemployed Americans looking for jobs. It violates the president’s oath to uphold the laws of this land. 

He doesn't care Rep. Smith. He couldn't care less about the rule of law. He cares about Obama and his agendas. He needs the votes. He will not even answer a question about it. While holding a presser in the Rose Garden, a Reporter tried to ask him about it. Check out what happened.

The bottom line here is this is Amnesty, in a desperate attempt to get Hispanic votes. That is all this is. He doesn't care about American workers. He doesn't care about the Country. He doesn't care about the rule of law. All he cares about is getting re-elected. He hasn't finished "fundamentally changing" the country yet.

Picture another four years of an unleashed Obama. Remember he just told Russia's new PM Dmitri Medvedev to pass on a message to the new and once again President Putin to give him more time. "After Election I Have More Flexibilty"

The world grows more dangerous. Our economy is growing weaker. The Country is going bankrupt. He is declaring Amnesty for votes. How much more damage can this administration do? A LOT. With nothing to worry about? He will be unstoppable. We only have one chance to stop this. That is when you go into the election booth in November. Make no mistake about it. America itself is at stake.
