Follow The "Smart Money"

"Hey Pete, Tomorrow is Tuesday, I guess you are going to talk about energy? I really appreciated the new spiritual blog TAG. Just wondering, are you going to continue to talk about stuff like energy? Should your time not be better spend talking about God? What is more important? Someone's soul or what they pay for gas? Just curious?"

Hey folks,

I have gotten a pretty good response from TAG. I have gotten some really nice Emails. I have also gotten this type of question more than once. It's an honest question. Some feel that I should just stop this Blog, and concentrate solely on the things of God. What is more important? Someone's Soul of course. However, here is the thing.

We live in the World. We live in a country that was founded, for the sole reason of FREEDOM. One of the main reasons we even left England to come here, was for the FREEDOM to BE a people of Faith. We put God first. We said, you are free to practice your faith anywhere and at any time, without the Government interfering. We had a collective set of morals that pretty much stayed the same, up to about 50 years ago.

Then the movement started to remove God from public life. To restrict Faith to Sunday Church and private homes. We removed God from Schools, and even now some Libraries do not even have the Bible in them. Little Johnny can not talk about Jesus with his friends, but they can learn why Suzy has two mommies. He can not say, God said, but he can learn that we came here by accident and that there is no God. He can not wear a shirt that has a positive message on it, if someone may become offended. Now, in some schools, you can not even where a shirt depicting the American Flag.

Look at the Moral Decline in this country. It has increased to light speed levels. I may have to do an updated version of the series about this. The thing is, when you remove God from public life, something else takes His place. When you create an anything goes atmosphere, you will eventually end up with, anything goes.

We need more people of Faith, standing up and saying, enough is enough. We need to teach people that our Freedom is not free. We need to fight for it, or lose it. You want this country to be great again? Put God back in it. You see, what some are asking me to do here, is what we have already done enough of. Separate God and the Country. Talk about either or. They are saying I can not do both. I say they are wrong. In time, God will lead me to do whatever. If I need to spend more time at the other Blog, I will. If that means cutting back here? It will just happen. But it is more than important, to talk about the things that effect all of us as Americans. If you do not know God, and find TAG through talking about America and Freedom. GREAT! But no matter if you believe in God or not, we are losing our Freedoms in this country. All of us. That is why we need to continue to fight for all.

Happy Tuesday to ya. It is time to check in at the Energy Front. We have seen this President, "invest" in the "green energy" uh, market? No. Not Market. There is none. The "green energy" uh, field? No. I'm not sure that's it either. The "Green" Dream. Yeah. The "Green Dream." We have seen hundreds of BILLIONS wasted. Thrown away.

Whenever you are thinking about investing, one of the tricks of the trade, is to follow the "smart money." That is, you look and see what those, who have a lot of money, are investing in. The Rich do not get rich making bad investments. They do not throw their money around all willy nilly. They know what to look for and what will make them more money. So if you follow the "smart money," see where they are investing, then invest in it yourself, you will then reap the same benefits.

In other words, look at a stock and see, no one investing in it, DON'T waste your money. See a Stock that someone like, oh, Warrent Buffet invests in, there is a good chance that if YOU invest in it with him, you will make a profit with him. You get the point. So what is Warrent Buffet investing in?
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — A report that marquee investor Warren Buffett waded into shares of Phillips 66 sparked healthy gains in shares of the refiner on Friday, as energy stocked rallied with the broad equities market.
Shares of Phillips 66 (US:PSX) jumped 5% after the Berkshire Hathaway founder and chief Buffett told Bloomberg News he reduced his holdings in ConocoPhillips (US:COP) and bought into Phillips 66, a recent newcomer to the S&P 500 (US:SPX)
The Houston-based refiner finds itself in a current upswing in the refining space as low natural gas prices help keep costs lower to run hydrocrackers that make gasoline.
Yup. He is investing in energy. Not "green energy." But AMERICAN energy. The World, Dreams asside, RUN on Oil and Natural Gas.
In other energy sector trades, sector leaders Exxon Mobil Corp. (US:XOM) and Chevron Corp.(US:CVX) moved up by 1.2% and 0.5%, respectively, in afternoon trades. The two oil majors are components of the 30-stock Dow Jones Industrial Average (US:DJIA), which rose 173 points.
Among the major benchmarks in the energy sector, the NYSE Arca Oil Index (XX:XOI) rose 1.2%, the NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index (XX:XNG) moved up 1.8% and the Philadelphia Oil Service Index(US:OSX) added 1.9%.
The Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (US:XLE), which tracks energy stocks in the S&P 500 Index, rose 1.4%.
Phillips 66 (US:PSX) ranked as one of the top performers in the S&P 500.
Other gainers included Cabot Oil & Gas (US:COG), up 4.3%, and Noble Corp. (US:NE), ahead by 3.5%.
Imagine if Obama and Crew would invest in American Oil and Natural Gas? Instead of throwing hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars away to companies, where the CEO's line their pockets and then go away, we could be investing in what the world runs on. We could open up our own resources. We could be FREE from the world events and effects. We could be energy independent. If Warrent Buffet is the "Smart Money," then, what does that make Obama? Just saying.

Peter
