Government Continuing To Acquire More and More Power, Control

Two news stories got my attention yesterday. One about this poor guy, that is on his way to jail, because he didn't pay the government for permission to have three ponds on his 170 acres of land. One of the ponds has been there 37 years. He is on his way to jail for 30 days and will have to pay over $1,500 in fines. Oh, you didn't know?  Any body of water on your property is owned by the Government. Not kidding.

The other was something we all need to watch CLOSELY. You know how Obama and crew hate Arizona. Right? Arizona is doing the job the federal government refuses to do. Enforce the Law. But Obama doesn't agree with the Law that they are enforcing. SO? He sued them. He lost. What to do now? Oh, just take over the Police force. Don't think they can't do that? Ask Seattle. Can you say Police State? Federal Police patrolling every state, county and town? Garrisons set up to report back to the Federal Government. To the Empire. Anything that they see that goes against the wishes of the Federal Government. The Empire?

First, lets talk about this poor guy on his way to jail. Do you remember this. I posted this video back on the Preview for Sunday 052409

Senate Bill 787 would have changed federal jurisdiction over "navigable" waters, to give the federal government control over all water everywhere. It was reported "Dead" by Committee June 19, 2009. But that doesn't matter. They are doing it anyway. According to CNS News - Oregon Man Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail -- for Collecting Rainwater on His Property 

(CNSNews.com) – A rural Oregon man was sentenced Wednesday to 30 days in jail and over $1,500 in fines because he had three reservoirs on his property to collect and use rainwater.

Gary Harrington of Eagle Point, Ore., says he plans to appeal his conviction in Jackson County (Ore.) Circuit Court on nine misdemeanor charges under a 1925 law for having what state water managers called “three illegal reservoirs” on his property – and for filling the reservoirs with rainwater and snow runoff.

How do you illegally fill ANYTHING with rain water. Does the government own the rain. Yeah, I know, give them time. But this is patently absurd. He calls them bullies. That is what they are. According to this..

Harrington said the case first began in 2002, when state water managers told him there were complaints about the three “reservoirs” – ponds – on his more than 170 acres of land.

WHAT? What complaints? From WHOM? 170 acres of land? Three ponds. Who cares? There was no complaints. The Government wanted him to pay for the "right" to have these Ponds. They are probably trying to figure out how to get some if not all his land. Who needs that much anyway? Right?

According to Oregon water laws, all water is publicly owned.

Wonder what happens if you trace this back. Was it fashioned after Senate Bill 787

Therefore, anyone who wants to store any type of water on their property must first obtain a permit from state water managers.

There you go. Even if you have a natural pond on your property, you had better pay the Government for permission, or else. It goes on to talk about he attempted to get permits, was granted, then they were revoked, doesn't say why, now he is on his way to Jail. Doesn't really matter to me why. The Government has no rights to private property at all. Period!

The next one is scary. According to AP - Seattle, federal officials agree to police reforms By CHRIS GRYGIEL | Associated Press

SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle officials agreed to an independent monitor and court oversight of the city's police department as part of an agreement announced Friday with the Justice Department following a damning report that found officers routinely used excessive force.

Now forget the Liberal, feel good, get even, crap reason for the why. Just imagine the fact, they are DOING it.

City and federal negotiators were involved in tense talks over the scope of a deal for months, and Justice Department lawyers had threatened to sue the city if a deal was not reached by July 31.

"It's no secret there were a few bumps in the road to get here," Mayor Mike McGinn said. "We do have a lot of work in front of us."

Look, it's a simple concept. There are a few Police abusing their power, they get fired and perhaps even arrested. If the Chief is involved, he steps down, or is fired and or arrested himself. Others take their place and run the Department the right way. What does not happen, is the federal government comes in and takes over the Police Department.

Civil Rights Enforcer? That's a joke. More like one whom VIOLATES Civil Rights. According to this, there will be THREE bodies overseeing the day to day Police Activities. One, a Federal Monitor. Two, a Federal Judge. Three, a Civilian Community Police Commission. These three will now oversee, can you say control, the local Police Department. They will. Not the Police themselves. Not the Chief who has years of experice. Nope. Civilians, and Judge, and a Federal Goon.

Can you save Arizona? Wait, next you will see One, a Federal Monitor. Two, a Federal Judge. Three, a Civilian Community Police Commission. They will be overseeing that the Arizona Police do not "violate" Illegal's "rights." Before you know it, there will be One, a Federal Monitor. Two, a Federal Judge. Three, a Civilian Community Police Commission, for every State, County and City in America. What would that mean? No more State Rights. No more State Laws. It will all be under the control of the federal government.

Think about that. No more Gun Rights. No more Immigration Laws. No more limiting Abortions. No more protection for traditional Marriage. The people will no longer have a say in anything. One Centralized Controlling Government, with ONE person in charge of EVERYTHING. Whatever the Government says, goes. And there is nothing you can do about it.

The only way to stop it? VOTE in November. Vote the Socialists OUT. Bring in people that believe in this country. As founded. People the believe in Freedom. As a God given Right. People that believe in the People of America are the answer. Not the Government. This may be our very last chance to stop what is coming. It may be the only way to stop the USSA from being born, from the ashes of America. It really IS up to you.
