Feds Sues Florida, Florida Sues Feds

The Federal Government has no right to sue states.

Hey folks,

This is one I'm going to be watching closely. I live here. Yes. But at the same time, this is a clear example of absolute panic on the left. That is all this is. They KNOW they can not win on their record. They know that Obama is in trouble. They need voter fraud.

Many have said that this is the only way that Obama won the last election. Voter fraud, voter intimidation, games and underhanded tricks on many levels. I disagree. I think Obama won because of two things. One, the historic nature of the election. First black guy. He came across as a funny and likable guy. People got caught up with the whole "first black President in history" thing. Yes, some voted for him because they did not want to be seen as, or called, a racist. They were brainwashed in the whole hopey changey stuff.

Reason two, McCain. McCain was a horrible candidate. he was picked by the left themselves, via the media. He didn't even really want to win. He refused to attack his opponent. He refused to demand the vetting of Obama. He forbid anyone from saying anything negative about him. Most likely because of fear of being called a racist. He was a horrible candidate.

Was there voter fraud? Yup. Was there voter intimidation? Yup. But I do not think that is what helped Obama win. We were war weary. We were Bush fatigued. We were looking for real "hope and change." Something new. Something fresh. Obama fit the bill.

Now three years later, record debt, unemployment, foreclosures, high energy costs, private business takeovers, oppressive regulations and Obamacare, we are DONE. So they can't run on their record. They can't win with saying "We going to continue more of the same." They have nothing. Oh don't worry. The race card is being pulled out of pockets and will be all over the mainstream media outlets soon. Don't worry about that. But they need voter fraud.

Any doubts? Look at Wisconsin. 119 percent turnout in the liberal stronghold of Madison? The good news is this. With all the millions, all the outside shipped in protesters, with the 19 additional percentage of voters {Smile} and all the intimidation by the Obama administration, 40 plus Lawyers and a multitude of  "polling place observers" Walker won by over 7 points. It was a blow out.

However, if you are going to vote in this country, you need to be eligible to do so. You need to be a citizen. You need to live where you are voting. You need to be a REAL person. Oh, alive would be preferred. So Governor Rick Scott here in Florida decided to check out the voter rolls. Who is on it? Should they be on it? Are they eligible to vote? Not really difficult questions. Not really that hard to figure out. A couple of people look, they see a name, Peter Carlock of Stuart. They ask themselves, "Is this a real guy and is he eligible? If they have any doubts, they send Peter Carlock a letter at the address listed and ask him. I, being Peter Carlock, get the letter. I, AM eligible, so I send one back with the information they ask for. Done.

Now the problem lies with those that have since died, are here illegally, or are the liberal's down the streets five cats. Micky Mouse and Daffy Duck can't vote. So those are simply taken off the list. But those that are, well, at least appear real, they get letters. So? What's the problem? Removing all the dead, cartoon characters, ILLEGALS, and the such, means less voters for Obama.

So Obama and crew tell Scott, uh, stop that. You can't do that. Gov. Scott tells Obama and crew, screw off. Obama and crew sue Scoot to attempt to get him to stop. Scott in turn sues Obama and crew to get them the hell out of Florida's election process.

This should be a clear case. The federal government is attempting to interfere with a states's right to hold their own fair elections. They have no business suing anyone. This one deserves very close observation. If Obama wins, he will then be able to say to any other state. "Don't even try it. Look at Florida." Is Scott wins, more states may take his lead and start looking into their own voter rolls. That would not be good for Obama.
